Randall E. Hall is a lecturer, ministry leader, author, musician, theatre artist, and educator whose work lives at the intersection of faith, leadership, worship, and the creative arts.

His approach is grounded in the belief that effective leadership is measured not simply by visibility, but by faithfulness, preparation, integrity, and the ability to help others flourish. Whether teaching in a church, classroom, conference hall, rehearsal room, or theatre, Randall offers practical insight shaped by lived experience.

In ministry, Randall serves as Minister of Media and Worship at New Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Maple Heights, Ohio. His work encompasses worship leadership, music, media, technology, congregational engagement, and the development of ministry teams. He previously served as a lead pastor and continues to teach on associate ministry, church leadership, worship, and the responsible use of technology in congregational life.

In the arts, Randall serves as Executive Artistic Director of Cornerstone Community Theatre. His directing and music-direction experience includes productions such as The Mountaintop, Steel Magnolias, Hairspray, The Rocky Horror Show, Frozen Jr., Aladdin Jr., and Shrek the Musical. His creative practice is rooted in community, cultural expression, and the transformative power of storytelling.

As an educator, Randall has taught choir, theatre, general music, music history, voice, piano, podcasting, and music production. He is committed to preserving and teaching African American musical traditions while preparing students and ministry musicians to work confidently across contemporary styles.

Randall earned a Bachelor of Arts in Voice Performance from Kentucky State University, with minors in Theatre and Piano Performance. His multidisciplinary training informs a teaching style that is musical, theatrical, pastoral, and deeply attentive to the people in the room.
